Dave has over 30 years’ experience developing systems and managing teams devoted to the delivery of data, reporting and analytics.
That experience includes 17 years focused on delivering people analytics and strategic workforce planning in both London and Sydney.
In London he honed his craft at Deloitte, Barclays and Royal Bank of Scotland, and still retains strong ties with many ex-colleagues and clients who are as passionate as he is about building a better future of work for all.
In 2012 he relocated to Australia to take up a role with Commonwealth Bank of Australia, in this role he won two CEO awards for delivering innovative solutions in people analytics.
He is often asked to speak at conferences and has run strategic workforce planning masterclasses across Australia, Europe and the USA.
Most recently, he delivered a strategic workforce planning workshop at One Young World in the UK, a conference which brings together 2,000+ of the brightest young leaders from around the world.
Dave has helped many global organisations take their first steps into strategic workforce planning, in a range of industries including finance, insurance, mining, retail, food and beverage.
He delivered the strategic workforce planning programme for Transport for New South Wales and, until recently, was Director of Workforce Planning at Pearson where he set up the strategic workforce planning function from scratch, implemented a structured methodology underpinned by six playbooks and provided hands-on practical coaching to allow clients to start their strategic workforce planning journey.
