Once the set up phase is complete and you are happy with your understanding of the strategy, the team is now ready to decide on the approach, or methodology. At Strictly Workforce Planning we are agnostic regarding the methodology we train, we offer our own tried and tested methodology or we have partnerships with very experienced practices whose methodologies we are very happy to deliver. Training can be delivered on a 1:1 basis or for a group, over two to several days and in a classroom format or online, all our courses are by bespoke design for our clients.
