Strategic workforce planning is an ongoing programme of work that is directly linked to the business strategy, and must be reviewed periodically to ensure relevance. It isn’t a project, or a one-off piece of work. The programme must be sustainable; It isn't an option to outsource or rely on a third party to deliver accurate and relevant workforce plans.

It is essential that organisations learn the skills of strategic workforce planning, and embrace a robust and consistent methodology that is customised for their organisation. There is no "best practice", no "one size fits all" because every organisation is different, with different goals and strategies.

We offer coaching and support to teams of all sizes, helping them to get started and then embed this critical piece of work into the DNA of their organisation. It can be delivered on a 1:1 basis or for a group, over two or several days and in a classroom format or online. All coaching is by design for the client.
